I'm sure it will be OK. Just been involved in other small caps signing deals with counterparties that have had the "subject to finance" clause in them; that haven't turned out OK. So forgive me if I'm a little skittish
I'm loving the $ amount associated with the deal given it's scale. Does offer a reminder of what we're sitting on if the ball gets well and truly rolling. Will assuredly be attending your HMDer catchup beers!
