I got out at a loss towards the end, but the writing was on the wall as per my many posts.
Pure IP wise, something can be done with this tech/app, but they were never taking it in the right direction via marketing, and wasted every corporate cent on directions which were nevee going to make the app gain widespread popularity.
Being in the market, it is worth taking some risks on smaller start ups as the returns can be in the 1000%'s, but this one I think is on the scrap heap.
Best case scenario is another company see's potential to pick up the app and go another direction with it, but doesn't appear likely.
I too am interested how this scenario plays out for holders though.
