I agree.
We need an offset agreement.
Ball is in our court ... yeah ok. At some point we need to do something with it if we want to score a goal.
Doesnt have to be for full production.
Doesnt have to be binding.
It will show interest. It will show me know what we are doing AND that someone is interested in what we will produce.
We need one soon.
