So the interesting long term perspective here might be that other parties post completion of the government environmental study may be forced to also go down the lithium chloride path? or institute a plan also to change current production units towards a lithium chloride path? Perhaps there'd be enough lithium chloride product around then to warrant local or local-ish further conversion somewhere where water is not a constraint? I must admit I know nothing about the downstream conversions.
