This is a pre-construction permit. In other words, the full permit for phase 1 is still pending, am I right? In other other words, JP said during the last webminar that "DFS in days... Permit in June..." it does seem like we're likely to see both DFS and full permit delayed into July? Just trying to keep things real... Personally, i will be very surprised if the provincial government granted GLN initial permit but deny the full permit later on, will look very stupid.
