I said months ago - the permits and DFS will be meaningless until the world economy turns around.
Put ‘em in the bottom drawer. Patience is necessary. Been here before, learned long term lessons. Could’ve retired year’s earlier had we not panicked. Although we still retired early to mid 50’s. So cannot complain.
Do as you must. Each to their own circumstances. Zero advice. Fundamentals and steps forward. GLN is doing okay.
