I never doubt JP’s commitment and hard work—he’s even spent nearly all his money participating in the CRs. But if we really talking about the production, I do doubt whether he’s truly capable of getting the job done well. I know Simon Hay is looking for opportunities with strong financial backing, and the Galan CEO role could be a good fit. JP could take on the Chairman role, focus on the talking and strategic side, and let someone else actually execute and deliver.
