I think this is the reason why Galan went for Anthium, Rio already has Rincon (dle tech by Anthium) and will want to create huge dle plants for the Rio properties next to Galan as well. For Galan and Rio it is a huge win if Anthium delivers on HMW. For Rio it's a win because they don't have to put up any money upfront to see if Huembro Muerto can be extracted with dle.
My understanding is that the hard part regarding dle is using the right sorbent/reagent. The lithium brine next to Galan will have the same composition as Galans, so if Anthium delivers there is a big chance Galan will be taken over by Rio and integrated in the huembro muertos project.
This is also the reason I think Anthium will own at some point at least 20% of Galans shares. I don't see this stock going into single digits, but if it does, I have the buy orders ready.
