    Maybe check out the most recent share purchases of the 3 Aus Directors and JP’s Performance rights (35c conversion). A deal north of 40c would be needed to get the BOD keen, and a cash for the company not assets IMO.

    Then check out voting at the AGM and you can see why they feel they dont need to put to holders, Just saying.

    Also I highlighted here the other day that TAX will be very onerous on an asset based transaction. JP mentioned TAX first. Argentina will want a decent cut on a transfer of the assets payable by the seller. IMO
