This deal changes the timeline, changes the registry, changes control, makes Galan somewhat reliant on Authism and puts Galan into a holding pattern.

Im not saying the takeover deal should have been accepted… however I can’t see what keeps this above 10c a share whilst we wait for Authism to do their thing…

I think shareholders should have been getting a better explaining of what the external advise had actually said… his answer seems a little too pie in the sky followed by next question… my opinion only, but he will be judged until producing on that decision, which I believe will only get harder and harder to make sense of it the share price is not performing.
