Imo this isn't a dead horse, but yes you are right it can work the other way too, but GLN's mc valuation simply is just not up there.
But lets use PMT for example, then yes, over-the-top bullishness does signal a drop in sp, as they are a 1.5b exploration stock and are probably 4-5 years out from production and they still need the funding to get to production, it doesn't even matter if they have ALBE by there side now, they can pull the pin like they did with LTR, it's a much longer wait there than here.
