Probably not what most want to hear, but don't discount a take-over offer rather than funding.
The more astute larger players know that cyclical markets will turn eventually, and a couple predatory bids may get the whole sector moving. Would be amazed if there aren't a number running the ruler over us right now.
Great entry point or expansion plan. Lock in the asset base now, with the opportunity to cherry pick value adding management and shore up any skill gaps / weaknesses.
Given current market cap, we're obviously chump change for the big boys.
