Prudent cash management, finally >.<. Go slow until funding arrives while building inventory, actually makes sense. I like how they've clearly articulated the potential to keep accumulating inventory while construction is in go slow mode. Anyone with half a brain would expect a delay to original production dates at this stage so who knows it might actually go up now that they show some prudence with their cash spend, lol, not expecting it but at the same time it wouldn't be shocking. Far better to slow down at this stage of completion than to keep burning large amounts of cash per quarter no matter what Mr market may do.
