100% correct.
This is another announcement with nothing new. It's all smoke and mirrors, avoiding the real issues. There's no substance or material information here, just a few confirmations. The main questions remain unanswered, and it actually raises more questions. The "offtake partners shortlist" reminds me of Galaxy in Antony Tse's days... which never happened. I don't understand why the stock went up 18% on this non-news. My guess is it will drop back down just as quickly.
