But without HMX, as I understand it, Carnaby can’t fully develop Mount Hope to its full potential. So, it has nothing to do with the current market cap but rather enabling CNB to actually develop mount hope and the consequent synergistic value. I am sure there will be tough negotiations but at the end of the day, can Carnaby be without Hammers tenure at Mt Hope. It would appear not.
