If you look a little further than the horizon, you will realize that Lady Jenny covers 0.26km2 and is completely embedded in an HMX tenement. The option costs 150k. Should HMX find something of interest, they can take over the lease for 500k. Lord Nelson is within walking distance - there is even a road leading there. CNB had paid 2m for Mt Hope and around 0.5km2. Interestingly, Mt. Hope is also completely embedded in an HMX tenement (we already know the rest of the story). Coincidentally, Lady Jenny and Mt. Hope belonged to the same owner in the 1970s (probably from 1974). Whether he made any money from it, I don't know.

If you look a little further, you will find Lady Ethleen (owned by Cyclone Metals) not very far away. They drilled 10 test holes here in 2021 and, as I understand it, drilled grades of CU 4-8% at depths of 20-40m (approx.). Apparently they then tested a new and more environmentally friendly leaching method. With solid results. I find the commentary on this at least interesting (see below). Unfortunately, there is no comment on possible gold mineralization - but probably there is gold. Neither with Lady Ehtleen nor with Lady Jenny.

This is in line with what is already known about Lady Jenny - up to a depth of 16m CU oxide was mined there (nobody knows what lies below this or outside the mining lease (and this is where HMX wants to drill) - in the best case the mineralization continues towards Lord Nelson but that doesn't matter, as the entire tenement belongs to HMX.

The gold/CU commentary on Lord Nelson is interesting.

All in all, a ‘case’ could actually be put together here. My geological knowledge is too rudimentary to draw conclusions here - but the due diligence of the HMX team is probably already in a position to do so. From my point of view and as already mentioned: a smart move with little risk and a lot of potential upside.

Despite negative comments here - all of which I ignore - HMX continues to pursue its goals. I wish all a good week and DYOR
