1. Do you think 39m shares could be bought on market at 0.9c when this comes out of suspension? If you think yes then it means you don't rate the acquisition and this conversation is moot.
2. 1 for 2 options at 2c. The supporters here think that will be in the money.
3. 6% transaction fee + 15m options at 2c. If this goes to 3c say (as per the bullish prospects) that is a $171k pay day (just on transaction fees booked) to raise $350k of funds.
So yes, cheap raise - if you're bullish on the acquisition.
