They just need to lock-in another 200k tonnes of magnesite and could be a goer, I won't be holding my breath. If they can get the 200000 tonnes the funding kicks in, coupled with the 500000 HOA for the Darwin port they might pull a rabbit out of the hat yet.
High risk with this managements history of false starts, however if the pull it off the reward will be excellent.
My interest lies with cobalt and gold so other projects could just be a bonus.
