It looks like KOR is taking the opportunity to supply the global magnesite market . China supplies 69% of the the world supplies and due to environmental issue has closed mines and processing plants creating a global shortage.
Magnesite prices have increased and KOR could supply very quickly if able to establish operations a Winchester . I think mining consent has already been given.
