I exchanged 4 e-mails with JP last week - he responded very quickly to each one - as he has done over the past 12 months

We mainly discussed the pipeline issues & getting a connection because no pipeline = no sales. He pointed out that Arrow had been granted a pipeline licence in 2017 & had not gone ahead with the build. Blue were going to tap into that but now they can't. He also said APA won't make any decisions until economic quantities of gas sales have been committed by producers (I said "build it & they will come" & he said "its not done that way"!!)

Hence why Blue still continues to sign MoU's - they need to get a viable quantity of committed gas sales in order to get a pipeline

I did not ask him about flow rate testing
