It shows that the company is being proactive with the process while keeping investors up to date. Although not essentially a market mover, it highlights that AC8 are going through the admin process and actively working toward an end result. I'd rather be informed than not informed - it also may tempt people on the fence to jump in. An organised and active management team is far better than nothing. AIMHO.
