Yes they will need to put more details out, but i don't think it will take too long before we see another announcement regarding this acquisition. They have been hinting at this acquisition ever since s66 listed in May.
Company raised $7 Million cash through the IPO, plus whatever profits the Company have from revenue.
This Ausway Group Company is twice the size of s66 and currently turning over $18 Million in annual revenue and making a profit. They have significant sales into China, which is the big kicker for S66 with this deal moving forward.
Looks like they are a very professional outfit going by their website and marketing and product ranges.
