I'm sure ASIC would have pinged them on that if they didn't apply. I also posted a email stating they had applied for Natshield but then changed the the substance subject to the application to an N lister product. They did apply a couple of months after SKN and on top of that the application process was not as straight forward because they have to demonstrate it is effective as a nasal balm and as an aerosol to kill COVID in the air. SKN only had to demonstrate it kills COVID on surfaces, like alcohol. I sometimes think they make a rod for their own back, but then I can also see how it would assist with advertising on the product labels for the specific applications.
