there is no triage test that gives a result in a few minutes that is 100%; in fact, there is likely nothing that is 100%; so if you just give antibiotics to every person that walks in the surgery, you are killing 10s of millions of people a year with AMR; and the patient themselves is doing great harm to themselves over taking anti biotics
