So it looks like they have extended both their Home & Personal loan facilities, but the total loan pools have not change significantly from Dec20

I can perhaps understand the challenge with growing personal loans (govt handouts), but why has the Home loan pool not grown given the growth in property prices/sales, and if home loans are not growing, how are they going to generate 10-15% growth?
