Finally a chance for me to have a go

It's a good looking app but I still don't see what it's point of difference is, functionality wise, to REA and Domain.

Listings are improving though. A guy at work with an iPhone was looking to rent in Newcastle NSW when the iPhone version was first released and the closest listing was in QLD. Now the closest rental is 32km away and to buy is 47km away. Still not great penetration but it's early days. There seems to be a lot more on the central coast of NSW.
