I am surprised that this announcement wasn't listed as market sensitive.
Clearly Home Open being set up to be spun out (into LBY or something presumably?). Would be terrific if they can get strategic partnership from real estate companies and some heavy hitters into the lead executive roles. Love that HomeOpen is also just one facet of Applabs future, albeit the most developed one at this stage. Roll on the next phase of growth.
