My targets for market capture are now initially based on their own targets for agent sign-ups...
From the presentation, they mention 50,000 agents Aus wide and a target of 2,000 signed up by Mar 2015 on their HomeOpen timeline. This would represent 4% of agents - I'd just like to see them hit their published targets initially... and moving to a similar 4-5% market share anytime in the next couple of years would be very valuable. Anything that makes a dent in the top 2 (REA and Domain) market share to make them notice HomeOpen is good enough for me.
