Hi Branners, as an HMC holder i cannot workout from the PDS exactly when the Daily Needs REIT ( HDN ) will do their proposed SPP at $1.33.
I assume the process wil be : demerge HDN, get them listed , do SPP to existing shareholders ( me , you etc ). Is that your view ?
All i can see is: a Priority Offer, which is open to select investors who have received a personal invitation to participate from HomeCo Daily Needs REIT, which is capped at $15 million.
As HMC holders who will get HDN units, are we the select investors ?
