Below is my summary of this updated document which relates to this announcement.
The most positive part of this is summarised in the first 3 dot points;
- HomeStay showing strong momentum with purchase orders already received for over $1,300,000.
- Marquee clients validating the platform, model and desire to age in home include Aged Care & Housing Group Inc (ACH Group) and RSL Care RDNS Limited (trading as Bolton Clarke).
- HomeStay’s leading IoT Assistive Technology Suite is Cloud Based, Scalable, and is built around Recurring Revenue models integrated into the home for easy use and client retention.
Another interesting part is the following;
As stated in the first dot point, orders at this stage of the of the quarter exceed $1,300,000. Once processed this is going to be a 1430% increase in receipts from customers over the entire 2019 financial year
- In 2018 ACH Group had 20,170 customers across 6 divisions;
- Veterans’ Home Care Assessment and Coordination Agency,
- Housing,
- Health Services,
- Home Support,
- Home Care Packages,
- Residential Care, Transitional Care, Respite and Foundation Room.
- ACH Group had a workforce of 1,716 in 2018,
- ACH as of 2018 also had the following;
- Assets worth $552.5 million,
- Income worth $119.2 million.

Using those figures, if HomeStay is successful with their technology implementation for ACH Group, there could be other orders exceeding what has already been placed.
As for Bolton Clarke..
