Agree with the general tenor of your argument.The whole situation is interesting and to some degree perplexing for the retail trader.
The only disagreement is how quickly a mothballed plant can go back into production.
If you take Panoramic Resources for example,it has taken 2 years plus ( and they're still not quite there) to get Nickel production going again.Staff retire,go to other jobs;wiring gets eaten by rats;bearings seize etc
How long do you think it would take ?
