Hi, I can only go on the Mine Restart Plan released by PDN which indicates 6 months for 80% of Langer Heinrich capacity and 12 months for 100%. This will be following procurement of finance and of course that is after the FID.
I do not track Khazatom or Cameco but they shuttered their mines much later than PDN and probably have stockpiles of ore to draw on since they are such large producers. PDN processed its stockpile at Langer Heinrich during a prolonged wind-down period. Also, Khazatom and Cameco can probably finance any restart a lot more easily than PDN which needs an estimated US$81M.
PDN have been spending about $10M pa on care & maintenance and so the mine and plant should be in reasonable condition.
