yeah I guess but I don't think I would touch it, with debt of US $140 million. As far as I'm aware sprott doesn't own it( RR use to). This is what happens when you raise capital in a long term bear market( not necessarily what PDN have done but others have) Most had no choice. Personally I'm big on DYL, BKY, MEY but like all the other uranium companies they all have their challenges.
