31 March is end of financial year for most HK companies, a legacy of their time under British rule.
If you take the time to review the listing process, you will find it is not possible to get a listing by March.
PS, if you had sold your CDU shares at the time you say you sold your other mining investments you would be up $3 share or 200% from current price.
