If CDU are using IFRIC20 to capitalise their waste stripping, then all you would be able to infer from that data is that 866065 tonnes of 'ore' cost ~$8.7m to dig up, or about $10/t. That's because IFRIC20 allows you to capitalise the cost of waste stripping into a separate asset which you then depreciate - that asset never touches the inventory cost on the balance sheet.
CDU haven't released enough information to make even a reasonable guestimate of mining costs, let alone an estimate to four significant figures!!
