Those who own the sandpit make the rules the majority share power base is now in China cudecos destiny is no longer in w.m,s hands (IMO ) after sinosteel get thier stock and presuming the votes at egm get up then Aussie holders will be in the minority - dividends are light years away if a mining powerhouse on the h.k exchange is to be persued
