I suspect that you have probably memorised every word in the video as you would have eagerly watched it over and over again. Luckily we do not have VHS anymore as your copy would have gone grainy through repeated viewings.

What is WM's position, is it looking at add on's as per the 2008 annual report or is it Rocklands only as flowed from his mouth in 2010 or is it a mining house circa 2015.

Can you not clearly see that there is no continuity in his thought process, or if there is, he tells shareholders what he thinks they would like to hear at that particular point in time. Unfortunately for WM when he puts pen to paper or voice and image to video, there is a permanent record for us to refer back to.

For someone who has the time, it would be a good subject for a thesis , how many times has the CEO of this public company made commitments and statements that he subsequently totally contradicts with new statements and nary a reference to his previous position and why it has changed.

So can tell us what WM's position is today as you can not look to be a Mining House and pay significant dividends at the same time.

PS as ozblue stated, the HK listing is not in the hands of the authorities, read the listing process, it is at least two months before CDU can submit application documents.

Wayne McCrae is not one for standing still and, if he thinks there is a better way for progressing CuDeco such as a Mining House, that flexibility suits me just fine.
The Hong Kong listing authorities would be aware of the action being taken. One does not go into these proposals without prior consultations and discussions on regulatory requirements and possible outcome.
