Chris Evans, Managing DirectorMr Evans is an experienced project delivery and operational management expert who has most recently held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Altura Mining.
Mr Evans has a Civil Engineering background with close to 20 years demonstrated success in managing large scale construction and mining development projects and operations across various commodities.
Mr Evans holds a Master of Engineering Science, Construction Management, (University of New South Wales), a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Civil (University of New South Wales), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?PFS results released to the ASX on 4th July 2018 show a 16-year mine life producing 362 000tpa of 6% Li2O spodumene with a per-tax NPV10 of USD$690M.
The Goulamina Lithium Project has a reserve of 31.2Mt @ 1.56% Li2O and a Mineral Resource of 103.2Mt @ 1.34% Li2O.
Signed Letter of intent with Changsha/Minmetals to explore funding, offtake and EPC options.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?We are entering a funding and development stage for large project that will require $200M in capex. We are overcoming this by entering talks with large funding groups such as Changsha/Minmetals to discuss funding, offtake and construction options. These groups are fully aware of the requirements for lithium in the growing EV market.
In a sentence, what do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?Birimian is developing a globally significant lithium mine with potential well beyond the current reserve of a 16-year mine life that has attracted interest from all over the world.
We are poised to become the first hard rock Lithium producer in Africa.
