I think in China the risk is that the IP theft will be government sponsored. Pretty much all technology is being vetted for potential military use, and there is no legal impediment or remedy if the government decides that it wants to make stockpiles of BTM to treat its wounded soldiers. Right now, the Chineses government and military no nothing about BTM and care less. But if it became a commercial success in the Chinese medical community, it might well come to their attention. So Swami would have delivered it to the world, but without any benefit to PNV.
