Could be the BoD dipping into the Market now that they've destroyed the sp. Don't forget that if the purchase of HHI goes ahead, we all get diluted by another 19.45% of new shares to be issued for HHI holders. The BoD here might want to keep their own % holdings increasing so as not to lose any ground on the dilution. They pay themselves handsomely and use some of it to buy on-market - win-win for them, lose-lose for their old supporters.
