JV negotiations fell through late last year and for me it was a total waste of time spruiking it to shareholders. Time was possibly being spent on this merger negotiation instead. Ashok is the only one who has really put some skin in the game with around 24 mil HRZ shares from memory, I imagine he may be frustrated with progress after having put his hand in his pocket. Blue chip wages for a non producing penny stock is what I see. If they would just get on with the job this could potentially be a decent gold miner
