Yes, entirely frustrating all round. This merger is like the final insult to a complete failure of board and management at GSR. Albeit there is a possible dim light at the end of the tunnel. The proof of the pudding awaits of course. Interesting that GSR pays $300K for two HRZ tenements at a time when negotiations were quite possibly first conceived and now they are giving GSR a $450K loan to effectively buy back their 'stranded assets.'
And who is going to be the gatekeeper on milling costs at FMR who miraculously seem to be the forgone conclusion as the processing option? After losing several million on the JV with GSR and FMR being the largest shareholder of GSR the conflict of interest is glaringly stark.
I hate conspiracy theorists but this shit is keeping me up at night. I can't believe they could possibly put the failure that is Chris Hansen on the new board without some sort of sweetheart deal having taken place. Someone make me feel better! (still laughing - just)
