Yes, entirely frustrating all round. This merger is like the final insult to a complete failure of board and management at GSR. Albeit there is a possible dim light at the end of the tunnel. The proof of the pudding awaits of course. Interesting that GSR pays $300K for two HRZ tenements at a time when negotiations were quite possibly first conceived and now they are giving GSR a $450K loan to effectively buy back their 'stranded assets.'

Totally agree, it totally stinks, and the people involved running GSR to the ground given a lifeline. Hansen, FMR and the BoD couldn't give a stuff about Shareholders.
