    I think the takeover will happen unfortunately, but as @Agp said this values GSR at 1 cps which is robbery. If enough shareholders voted NO then maybe HRZ might sharpen the pencil.
    What I would have liked too happen is someone like Creasy loan GSR say $20m at low interest, mine Burbanks Nth and then extend the decline into the deeps.
    The way the GSR BoD's has treated the shareholders is a disgrace.
