    Loan $20m. He can buy the whole thing for 7m. A 20m loan means issue of 2b new shares at 1c (too many zeros).

    If MC does want it to happen it wont happen.

    I think he may ask for GSR 50% share of MTJV and wave the gold merger through. Rinse and repeat at CNJ and sell it all to GAL and make a killing. Give it 2 months.
