Great work ROBLUN ... it should have been a merger of equals as GSR is down 60% (from 2 cents to 0.8 cents) over 6 months and Horizon is up about 30% (from 2.6 cents to 3.4 cents).
The position 6 months ago was a MARCAP of ~ $25m for each of GSR and HZN ... what's changed.
GSR SP languished with a Board looking for an exit & still no scoping study for MTJV.
No doubt GAL or MC will be at both GSR & CNJ doors looking to buy up the critical MTJV leases.
So GSR waits for the independent experts report & the next move by GSR/CNJ on the MTJV.
