    GSR board prior to announcement of a takeover by Horizon (takeover in merger guise) set the company on a course of gold production and exploration. If the takeover is voted against with an achievable 25% votes at poll then the board has the original plan still in place and needs to deal with the $450 loan repayment. I wonder if we are better voting against this takeover.
