It is in everyone's interest to consider all scenarios, however things look to be consolidating for all involved. Could be much more than a circling of the wagons in the west. I'm feeling more optimistic that this merger will strengthen both camps.
FMR are well positioned to assist (and to benefit handsomely as well) from this venture in my humble opinion.
