Over on the GSR thread posters got together and successfully voted against the renumeration report giving the directors a first strike. Those voters where mainly hotcopper members and 25% of those voting at a the poll will won the day and put a warning into the board. A second strike at the following AGM would have require the directors except the MD to stand for election or bug out.

Those GSR posters also voted down the extra 10% capital raising ability and I wish we had done that 12 months earlier to stop the dilutive share price destroying capital raises.

Any holder wishing to vote on any resolution should make sure they have control of their shares as a broker may have custody.
