To give the board a first strike at the AGM only needs 25% of poll votes against to win. According to that result you can band together at the next AGM and give the board a second strike on the renumeration report causing all the directors except for the MD to stand for election three months after the AGM.
So you gat a chance to get rid of them all (not sure if Hansen would be captured in this though).
